OUTLET….All our gowns are now available as ‘Off the Peg’ and are sold as seen and not eligible for a refund once payment has been made in full.
DRESSES…The dresses available will have been tried on and some may have the odd mark and need cleaning or beads needing replacing and therefore will be priced to reflect this. There is only one of each dress and as they are now heavily discounted they go quickly so may not be there if you should walk away from finding ‘the one’.
ALTERATIONS…We don’t offer alterations but we can recommend local seamstresses.
STORAGE…We don’t offer storage, our dresses are ready to take home.
GUESTS…Due to space within the boutique please only bring VIP guests whose opinion you really value and want to share your ‘Yes’ moment with. To give you the best experience all guests will also be asked to remain seated during the appointment.
CHILDREN…The boutique is not suitable for children or toddlers. Should this be an issue please contact us.
BOOKING…Your appointment will be for 1hour 30mins. There is no charge for appointments, however, should you not attend your appointment or do not provide 48hrs notice of cancellation there is a £20 fee for bridal appointments and £10 for a re-try. Card details are only taken for this reason.
Confirmation of your appointment will be by email (please check junk mail if you have no response). If you do not receive any confirmation this means the appointment hasn’t booked on the system, please contact us if you’ve received no confirmation.
